gone on the river
I'm going to canoe down the length of the Mississippi River in 2022, from Lake Itasca in northern Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico.
I'm going alone, in a solo canoe. I'll be bringing a folding bicycle and bike trailer for the boat, along with camping gear and food.
I will post regular updates here about my preparations for the trip between now and May, and then updates from the river itself as I paddle downstream.
